• Air Emissions & Greenhouse Gases: We closely monitor emissions and adopt the best available technologies to reduce pollutants, especially those related to rubber vulcanization. Improvements include:
  • Optimized chimney systems to reduce environmental footprint
  • Advanced filtration methods replacing older, less effective systems
• Hazardous Substances: We strictly manage chemical substances and actively search for eco-friendly alternatives. Our R&D team prioritizes selecting less hazardous raw materials—led by a chemistry-trained technical director. For example:
  • Transitioning from powdered to embedded or solid raw materials
  • Capturing fine particles at source to prevent workplace dispersion
• Waste Management: We promote waste reduction and recycling. Whenever feasible, production scrap is reintegrated into mixing processes within our facilities, minimizing landfill waste.
